Welcome to this website and coaching service platform. By purchasing a coaching package, booking a consultation call, accessing this website, or participating in any coaching services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are intended to establish clear expectations, protect both the coach and the client, and ensure a professional coaching experience.
1. Coaching Services
The coaching services provided are intended for educational, informational, accountability, and fitness guidance purposes only.
Services may include, but are not limited to:
Personalized workout programming
Exercise guidance
General nutrition guidance
Goal setting and accountability
Weekly or bi-weekly check-ins
Lifestyle habit support
Progress tracking
Educational fitness content
All coaching plans are individualized based on the information provided by the client.
2. Client Responsibility
Clients understand and acknowledge that results are not guaranteed. Progress depends on multiple factors including consistency, effort, adherence, lifestyle, sleep, stress, medical conditions, and overall commitment.
By participating in coaching services, clients agree to:
Provide accurate and honest information
Communicate respectfully and professionally
Follow recommendations responsibly
Inform the coach of any injuries, limitations, or medical conditions
Take full responsibility for their own health decisions and actions
Clients understand that participation in fitness activities carries inherent risks.
3. Payment Policy
All payments must be completed before coaching services begin unless otherwise agreed upon.
For monthly coaching packages, clients authorize the agreed-upon payment schedule at the time of purchase. If a client selects a payment plan or recurring monthly subscription, payments will continue according to the agreed schedule unless the client cancels in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below.
Failure to complete payments may result in:
Suspension of coaching services
Removal from communication platforms
Cancellation of future coaching access
Collection of any outstanding amounts owed
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Existing clients will be informed before any pricing adjustments affect their services.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their coaching services by providing written notice to the coach before their next scheduled billing date.
Cancellation requests must be submitted by email or through another written communication method provided by the coach. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Once a billing cycle has begun, the payment for that billing cycle is non-refundable, even if the client chooses not to use the remaining coaching services.
For recurring monthly coaching packages, cancellation will prevent future scheduled payments from being charged after the cancellation takes effect. Any payment that has already been processed is not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.
Clients remain responsible for any payments that have already become due before the cancellation takes effect.
If a client wishes to pause coaching rather than cancel, a pause may be considered at the coach's discretion and must be agreed upon in writing before the next billing date.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and personalized nature of coaching services, all sales are final.
Refunds will not be provided for:
Lack of client participation
Change of mind
Failure to follow the program
Incomplete check-ins
Dissatisfaction resulting from lack of consistency
Unused portions of a paid billing period
Cancellation after a billing cycle has already begun
In exceptional circumstances, accommodations may be considered at the discretion of the coach.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights the client may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
6. Communication Policy
Clients are expected to maintain respectful communication at all times.
Harassment, disrespectful behavior, inappropriate conduct, or repeated failure to follow communication guidelines may result in termination of coaching services without refund.
Response times may vary depending on business hours, weekends, holidays, and workload. While support is provided throughout the coaching experience, 24/7 instant responses are not guaranteed.
7. Health & Medical Disclaimer
Clients should consult with a qualified physician or healthcare professional before beginning any fitness, exercise, or nutrition program.
By participating in coaching services, clients confirm that they are physically able to participate in exercise and understand the risks involved.
The coach is not responsible for:
Injuries
Health complications
Allergic reactions
Medical conditions
Losses or damages resulting from participation in coaching services
Clients participate voluntarily and assume full responsibility for their own health and safety.
8. Intellectual Property
All coaching materials, programs, guides, PDFs, videos, documents, branding, and website content are protected intellectual property.
Clients may not:
Reproduce coaching materials
Share programs with others
Resell any content
Copy branding or website materials
Distribute purchased materials publicly
Unauthorized sharing or reproduction may result in legal action.
9. Results Disclaimer
Testimonials and client transformations displayed on this website or social media are individual experiences and are not guarantees of future results.
Every individual responds differently to training and nutrition.
10. Termination of Services
Coaching services may be terminated at any time if:
Payment obligations are not met
Communication becomes inappropriate
Client behavior becomes abusive or disrespectful
The coach believes continuation is not in the best interest of either party
Termination decisions are made at the sole discretion of the coach.
If services are terminated by the coach due to client misconduct or violation of these Terms & Conditions, payments already made will generally not be refunded, except where required by applicable law.
11. Agreement
By using this website, booking a consultation call, or purchasing coaching services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policies.
